* Our early morning breakfast waxes are strictly by appointment only. If we don’t have any pre-bookings for these, we will open at the normal hour of 10am.
Map and Directions
Bridlesmith Walk is the covered shopping arcade that runs from Bridlesmith Gate (opposite Coast, next to Jack Wills) up to Fletchergate Car Park. We’re at the bottom of the steps, just down from The Walk café.
Booking an Appointment
To book a treatment, you can book online, call us, send us an email or just pop in — we’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-in appointments. Please note that it is essential, however, to call ahead and pre-book for our popular after-work appointments (after 6.30pm).
A credit or debit card may be required to secure the booking of more expensive treatments. If you want to cancel or swap your appointment, please let us know in good time. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, the full cost of the treatment will be charged to your card, in line with our cancellation policy.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment time. Late arrival could result in a reduced treatment time.
