"Zuzana was extremely thorough in ensuring as much hair as possible was removed during my last wax. My armpits are the best they've ever been! A colleague commented that she was envious of my armpits today (bizarre but true). There was absolutely nothing left and very little regrowth 4 days on, indicating no breakage. My perception of nkd is that you are investing in helping staff work to the very best standards with ongoing training and support. Everyone is always relaxed but business like and that clearly helps stafff to perform well. The fact that you all seem terribly professional, whilst personable, and want to get the possible finish clearly contributes to performance."
